You can still order before Christmas. Orders placed by 11am Tuesday 23rd December should be received to most North Island urban destinations before Christmas but it doesn't leave any room for slow deliveries (which can happen). For most South Island urban destinations orders placed by 11am Monday 22nd December should be received before Christmas. We will be open throughout the Christmas period but will be affected by couriers and post not working on statutory holidays. We recommend orders containing yeast aren't sent on the last day before statutory days. Hot Mix Sparkolloid® NF is specially formulated to clarify wine without impacting aroma, body or flavor. It can be also used after bentonite or carbon fining to help compact lees. Hot Mix Sparkolloid NF can be helpful in removing haze left by other fining agents.
Contains a positive charge.
To Use: Add no more than 2.5g (about 1/2 teaspoon) of sparkolloid powder to 1/4 cup of boiling water
Stir constantly until dissolved
Stir in to wine whilst still hot
Let the wine settle one week or more before bottling.
Storage: Keep tightly sealed and dry. Shelf life is 4 years at 18ºC(65ºF).
