You can press up to 30 litres of grapes either before fermentation for white wine or after primary fermentation for red wine. Can also be used for pressing shredded apples for cider or any other type of pre-shredded or pre-crushed fruit. Hand crafted in New Zealand with NZ native timber which will vary depending on availability.
