Brigalow Ginger Beer Kit - 23L. Can be made alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
You will need 150g sugar for non-alcoholic
You will need 1kg sugar + 210g sugar when bottling for alcoholic. You can increase the alcohol content by adding more sugar.
You will also need a fermenter/bucket sufficiently large for the 23L and 30 x 750ml bottles (or 15 x 1.5L bottles eg reused sotdrink bottles).
Instructions say 3 weeks for non-alcoholic and 4 weeks for alcoholic.
Enhance the ginger flavour by adding ginger extract or fresh ginger to the fermentation stage.
