100g Food Grade Citric Acid for Home Winemaking or Cheesemaking or various other applications.
Use 1 teaspoon per gallon / 5 litres of fruit wine or as per your recipe. Generally (unless your recipe says otherwise) add the acid at the same time you add sugar, nutrient etc. Or you can calculate the amount to add if you are using an acid testing kit.
Not recommended for use with fruits with high acidity eg citrus, some plums etc
