Monday 27th is a public holiday and no orders will be despatched that day. You can still order and we will be responding to support emails but orders will be despatched Tuesday 28th January.
Ordering Yeast? Please provide an instruction for courier to specific place they can leave the package to avoid heat/sun but avoid saying "leave in shade" because shaded areas change throughout the day. We may not despatch orders containing yeast on a Friday.

For NZ orders: to avoid delay please provide NZ address as per the NZ Post database. For addresses not on the database we do not provide a guarantee as to delivery.
Unless advised otherwise, we will assume your order has arrived safely within the timeframe - overnight for North Island, 48 hours for South Island, allow 2-3 extra days for rural. Missing, slow or damaged items are unusual but do happen. Please inform us within 2 working days to ensure there is no exponential delay and to protect your guarantee.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. If you do not let us know immediately we may not be able to replace or refund your parcel.
