This is a 5g sachet in a vacuum packed foil sachet or in a plastic bag. 5g is the amount for any quantity of wine up to 23 litres.
Lalvin EC 1118 is also available in 100g bulk packets (listed as a separate item).
Suitable for whites, reds, late harvest, restarting stuck ferments, sparkling wine, secondary fermentations, mead, ginger beer, sugar wash for home distillation of spirits.
