Use for your primary fermentation vessel. Can also be used as your secondary fermenter (or for homebrew etc) by drilling a hole and using a rubber grommet to insert a airlock. Can also be used for food storage etc
Use this 23 litre glass carboy as your fermentation vessel. Great for secondary fermentation and aging your wine.
You can press up to 30 litres of grapes either before fermentation for white wine or after primary fermentation for red wine. Can also be used for pressing pre-shredded apples for cider or any other type of pre-shredded or pre-crushed fruit. Hand crafted in New Zealand with NZ White Pine (kahikatea).
4 x 5 litre glass jar / carboy / demijohn (rural North Island, urban South Island)
This home brew rubber bung or silicone bung will fit most 5 litre or 1 gallon jars, demijohns, carboys. The hole fits an airlock.
This auto-siphon will make bottling and racking your wine much easier. This size will also fit the 5 litre carboys - most auto syphons available will not fit the 5 litre carboys. Simply insert the syphon into your carboy, pump the inner tube and the siphoning will start. Attach to some siphon tubing and if bottling you can also add the bottle-filler.
#4 rubber bung. Will fit most 1/2 gallon flagons. The hole fits an airlock.
